Links to the specific areas of the software we will cover and resources from our Support Center are below if you want to learn more.
- Your contact list may include staff members, board members, volunteers, donors, and vendors. For each contact, you can add details, notes, contribution history, relationships, and more. To create contacts in your database, go to your contact list in Aplos. View the resource for creating contacts.
- Assign people to a household so you can generate household giving statements, view all transactions or contributions for a household, and more. Go to your households in Aplos. View the resource for creating households.
- Lists are a way to group different contacts in your Aplos account. You can send emails, generate letters, print mailing labels, or send text messages to these groups of people. Go to your lists in Aplos. View the resource on creating lists.
- Use List Designer to create dynamic Smart Lists that automatically update to customized, segmented groups of people based on the criteria you choose. Go to your List Designer in Aplos. View the resource for how to use List Designer.
- Create custom fields for your contacts to add additional information. Go to your Custom Fields in Aplos. View the resource for how to use Custom Fields.
