We met and formulated a plan on how we were going to transition to Aplos from Blackbaud. My situation was unique and we had to get creative on how this was going to happen. Our implementation specialist worked with our Executive Pastor and myself and spent time teaching/explaining how FUND Accounting worked versus what I, and our executive pastor, was used to with no accounting background. Very patient with us and always answered any questions I had during the process.
