NEW OPTIONAL UPGRADE – Balance Notifications
The Notifications feature is an automated tool designed to help you easily monitor your fund and tag balances. Selected contacts will be notified by email when the balances reach a threshold that you define. You can find the feature by using the settings gear in the software. Simply set your fund or tag, the threshold and amount, and the contact(s) you wish to notify. Then enable the notification. This is a significant time saver for users who regularly pull reports and email team members when their fund balances hit certain levels.
You can enable Notifications from the subscription screen for $50 per month. If you are currently in a contract, reach out to the customer success team to request access.

Accounts Payable And Accounts Receivable Import Tool
You can now upload new Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions from Excel using the new import tool. When you import an Excel spreadsheet of either Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable transactions into Aplos, it will automatically create new bills or invoices in bulk. This is a helpful timesaving import tool for organizations that need to get caught up on historic transaction entry or that regularly enter a large volume of bills or invoices.
