If you need to update your payment method for any reason, the process is simple! You will need an Administrator on your account to login and complete the steps below.
- From your Subscription page, click the Update Billing Info button
- Enter your credit card or bank account information and click Update
As a note, you can set your billing cycle to pay monthly or annually. Discounted pricing is available if you pay for an annual subscription. We also offer a discount to small non-profits who make $50,000 or less in annual revenue. Please reach out to our Customer Support Team.
